    Thoroughly enjoyed our big size and huge rooms in this place.

    Location: the hotel was really close to the San Antonio historic district and Colombia and Cali airport. We ordered lunch at Sonoma Cuisine, located within short walking distance to the venue.

    It's an original and perfect hotel in Cali. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is secure very close to downtown, restaurants, and Colombia. The rooms are outstanding with comfy beds, and the staff are excellent.

    Room was a suite, but even though we stayed in an upper floor there was still a lot of trafic noice. To get to the room we had to walk to another building.

    you can use the gym at the Carlton & breakfast is served there too. however it is quite a hike & some may not like that.

    Friday Night 12/14/12 the music was un bearable till past 4am the next mourning from the connecting Dann Carlton ball room, threw the connecting enclosed bridge & all the way up to the 15th floor in the Dann rooms. I complained twice that night to the desk clerk with no results. the next mourning i asked to speak to the manager at the Carlton. ( the Dann desk is closed for the next weeks & they share services ). i was told the manager was out each time I asked. . Front desk clerk did not care about my issue. i can just imagine the noise in the Carlton rooms which are closer to the ball room. luckly Saturday I had reservations to change hotels. i am in Cali very often. in fact 1 desk clerk recognized me form another hotel. i have never been subject to such a problem caused by the hotel. if it was from the street i would agree nothing could be done, this was actually louder than street partying.

    The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions, and I enjoyed the generous breakfast with fresh tropical fruit. Service fell short-persistent cleaning interruptions early in the morning made it difficult to work from my room.

    The breakfast had plenty of options for our small child and us, and the pool was a great way to relax after exploring the city.
